This service was created to uplift each other. Be patient. Don’t be so quick to judge. You do not know other individual’s full stories, just like they don’t know yours. So, let’s keep our conversations healthy, proactive, and constructive for all users. We want to you to feel welcomed and free to express your opinion in a helpful way

Be Respectful:                                                                                                                                                                              Understand that we do not all share the same past and opportunities, nor do we all have similar aspirations. We also do not interpret situations differently.  Please reember that we also have various  approaches to problem solving. It comes down to treating others as we’d like to be treated. 

Be Constructive                                                                                                                                                                                This service was created to elevate each other through mentoring. If a conversation turns negative, suggest a perspective not yet considered. Also, use paraphrasing, it helps with a kind delivery of a message. Paraphrasing exaple: “What I understand you stating is….”      

Be Proactive                                                                                                                                                                                        Find commonalities no matter how small to use as a building point. It’s OK If you do not agree all the time, moving on to the next topic. We always leave a better impression when we aim to end your conversations on a positive note.
